30 minute consultation which includes: current health, injury and surgery history, full body scan to locate areas of disfunction, posture and gait assessment, external and/or internal herbal formula recommendations, self care recommendations.

90 minutes of body work which may include: massage, Strain Counterstrain, cupping and external herbal formulas.
